I've got an "Alexander Technique for Auditions" class starting in March. It's a four week, in-person class focusing on how the Alexander Technique can be a tool for your auditions and audition prep.

I booked a short film and we shot in Ithaca in mid-September.

In early June, I completed all the qualifications and earned an ITM Alexander Technique Teacher Certification.

I am one of only three (3!!) new ITM Teachers in the US, and the only teacher on the East Coast, which is both incredibly humbling and also terribly exciting. I can offer recommendations if you live elsewhere, but I'm also happy to travel for a workshop.
